G300 Knee Flexion Device
The device movement is a safe and effective exercise for the knee joint, targeting the flexor muscles. The exercise is performed in a comfortable seated position. The range of loading accommodates early rehabilitation as well as strength training.
Scientific evidence
Our unique variable resistance method was examined in the set of studies under the supervision of Professor Paavo Komi, comparing David to other methods and using EMG to validate the correctness of the loading curves and efficacy of training. Outcomes were very clear: the David variable principle was indeed optimal and had a great fatiguing effect on muscles.
